LITERACY CARE

A person is considered literate if he or she can read and write with understanding, in any language. However, a person who can merely read, but cannot write, is not recorded as literate in census.

HELP Movement volunteers identify poor children in the villages who can not afford basic education in their lives.

The Trust do have programs to help such poor children to meet their educational needs,  for a limited number.

The above educational help is being offered strictly to the deserving and needy children subject to verification.

The Trust would also like to organize Awareness programs to spread the value of education amongst villagers.

However, the Trust do not guarantee this as a matter of right.  Decision on granting such help being vest purely with the Founder & Managing Trustee, with no rights for others to question.

The Trust would also like to explore possibilities of offering scholarships in selected schools in the villages in Tamil Nadu.
